I've been a Majestic fan since their first store opened on the Kings road in the 80's and I've been a regular customer wherever I've lived. For the last 10 years that's been Poole and by far the best wine guru I've met in any store to date is Tim. The staff at all Majestics are friendly and supremely knowledgeable, so it feels a bit harsh to single one of the team out, but Tim has made all of my recent visits a real pleasure with his astute advice and guidance, and today was no exception. I cant recommend Majestic or Tim highly enough....

Extremely poor service. Ordered before Xmas deadline. Have just been told that a failed delivery attempt was made last Wednesday but they were unable to leave it. No communication at all to tell me that and I will now not get my wine in time for Xmas. This is not the first time that we have had delivery issues. Will never use Poole branch again. Customers beware!!

I have just been into the Ppole branch to pick up my order. I realise that this is a very time for you and you are all rushed off your feet with orders. I think I may have said the wrong thing when I came in to collect my order, but you were all very polite and I got my order very quickly, so I just want to say thanks for very prompt service.

At present time not to happy as have had problems with service before regarding delivery and comm. I am trying to find out when my order will be delivered as no comm other than confirmation of order . o/n is 38387515 have tried to phone but too busy to p/u.
Really poor comm and late in the day to go elsewhere.

We’re delighted to announce that Majestic Tasting: Introduction To Wine is back! This 90 minute session is perfect for anyone starting out on their wine journey, or if you’re someone who would just like to know a little bit more. We cover the basic tasting technique, look at what makes wine so varied and unique, and introduce you to some of the key styles of wine from across the world.

Our next Introduction to Wine is at 6pm on Tuesday 7th June. Tickets are £10 per person, and spaces are limited, so please get in touch if you would like to secure your spot.
